Your streak counts how many days in a row you have shown up. It is Chillverse's way of saying "good to see you again", with XP as a thank you.
How a streak grows
Open Chillverse and log in once on a given day and your streak goes up by one. That is the whole trick. You do not need to do anything fancy, just turn up.
{{callout:blue:Info}} Days are counted in UTC time, not your local time. For example, if you are in Nigeria, a new streak day starts at 1:00 AM. So a late night session can land on either side of the line.
Opening the app several times in one day does not add extra, it is one step per day.
Where to see it
Tap the flame icon at the top of the screen. The streak page shows your current streak, how close you are to the next milestone, and the milestones you have already hit.
Milestones and XP
Hit these streak lengths and you earn XP:
- 1 day: 10 XP
- 3 days: 30 XP
- 7 days: 100 XP
- 14 days: 200 XP
- 30 days: 400 XP
- 60 days: 800 XP
- 100 days: 1,600 XP
- 180 days: 3,200 XP
- 365 days: 6,400 XP
Reach a full year and the streak page officially calls you legendary. Bragging rights included.
What if I miss a day?
If you skip a day and have no protection, your streak goes back to 1. It stings, but the next day you start building again.
Streak Freezes
A Streak Freeze is a little shield for your streak. If you miss a day and have one, it is used automatically and your streak stays put. You will get a notification telling you it was used.
- One Freeze covers one missed day.
- Miss three days and you need three Freezes to cover the gap. If you do not have enough, the streak resets to 1.
- You get a free Streak Freeze every 7 days of streak (day 7, 14, 21 and so on), as long as you did not have to use a Freeze to get there.
- You can also pick them up in the Mall.
{{callout:green:Lightbulb}} Going on a trip, writing exams, or just prone to forgetting? Keep a Freeze or two in your Inventory as insurance.
Is there a record of my best streak?
Yes. Chillverse remembers your longest streak, even after a reset, so your personal best stays safe.
