Sigils are the key to Special Tasks, the boss fights tucked inside Exploration. You can't buy them, which is either annoying or refreshing depending on how your week is going.
Where Sigils come from
There are four ways to get them:
- Hard weekly missions. Finish the tough ones on the Weekly Missions page and the Sigils land in your Wallet on their own.
- Redeem codes. Some codes hand out Sigils instead of diamonds. Open your Wallet, tap Redeem code, and type it in.
- Activity Goals. Some goal cycles pay Sigils along with the XP at the first three milestones. The Activity Goals screen shows what the current cycle pays.
- Fortune Vault. Some vault boards put Sigils on the prize list. You win them the same way you win everything else in there, by spinning and hoping.
{{callout:gold:Lightbulb}} Not every code, goal cycle or vault includes Sigils. If the reward screen doesn't mention them, that one simply isn't paying them out.
The Sigil weekly mission is meant to be hard. If it feels like a boss fight before the boss fight, the design is working.
What they do
A Special Task costs Sigils plus a small amount of diamonds to unlock. You pay once. After that the task stays unlocked, so you never pay Sigils for the same task again.
{{callout:blue:Info}} Only one Special Task can be open at a time. Finish or leave the current one before you start another.
Checking your balance
Open your Wallet and tap the Sigils tab. You will see your balance, plus a list of every Sigil you earned or spent and where it came from.
{{callout:brand:Star}} Sigils don't expire, so there is no rush to spend them. Collect them at your own pace and keep the dramatic boss entrance for when you are ready.
Still short?
If you completed something that should have paid Sigils and your balance didn't move, send us a request with what you did and roughly when, and we will look into it.
