Your Wallet is the home for everything related to your diamonds. At a glance it shows your current balance, and further down you'll find two separate histories: one for diamond purchases (every time you've topped up), and one for spending (everything you've bought with diamonds in the Mall).
If a purchase or a Mall spend doesn't show up here, that's usually a good sign something needs looking into — take a screenshot and reach out through a support ticket.
